Lock the input, not the Mac.
One shortcut locks your keyboard, mouse and trackpad, and unlocks them again. The Mac stays awake while locked, so agents, builds and downloads keep running.
What it does
- Lock and unlock all input with a shortcut you choose.
- Keeps the Mac awake while locked; the display can still sleep.
- Dims the screen and shows a lock badge; everything on screen keeps running.
- Lives in the menu bar, no Dock icon. Optional launch at login.
Version 1.0.0, requires macOS 13 or later. The App Store version runs in the sandbox and lets system shortcuts such as Spotlight through. The disk image is signed and notarised, blocks every key, and asks for Accessibility access; drag ScreenLock to Applications.
